For us, it would be vitally important to give category owners the ability to really 'own' their ideas. This means the ability to edit or change status of ideas under their category. Having a central area to manage category owners rather than setting it up for each rule would be very helpful. This workflow is exactly what we need. A single SME at my organization my have action items in multiple steps, and under multiple categories. To be able to filter by category and by step would be incredibly useful. Some of the users of our board are very adamant that the list view is far better to use than the grid view. I have gone ahead and made them mad by going with Ideas 3.0 over 2.0 because the filtering is so much better in 3.0 - but adding List view option would make this transition seamless This is a great idea. We have 3 key groups that need to respond to scorecards - product management, engineering leads, and sales. Would really love to see this We also have probably a thousand duplicate ideas. We really need the ability to at least merge votes together, and then have a history of the ideas that were merged together for product managers to go back and look at the comments from those ideas if they need to. Then the merged ideas can be filtered out of reports.
