I would like to expand this concept to when, 1) Reviewers are assigned to ideas or 2) Ideas are added to a step that already have reviewers assigned. The conflict of interest occurs when a reviewer is also the author of a submitted idea in that review step. Thanks, Damian Dugdale I know that method, I was trying to create an email - that lests the idea owner know who owns the work- we use the Idea Owner for this, could be different than the submitter. I don't want to have to send a separate email everytime manually and add the Idea Owner. It would be great if the system just picked it up. . . . more
