Preview mode in general could be updated. Some ideas don't keep their formatting when viewed in preview mode, creating confusion for the user.

Yes, great idea! This would be an easy way to assign evaluators. Most of the time I create Evaluator groups for communication purposes, so the ability to add the group instead of each individual in the step setup would save time.

Good idea! I have the same need for one of my initiatives! 1 is for NO GO, 2 is for I DON'T KNOW and 3 is for GO, but it would be much simpler if words were displayed instead of only numbers
