Here’s a breakdown of the discrepancies I observed where at the enterprise level, the custom date formatting is set to dd/mm/yyyy:

This is still an issue we face regularly and is not a simple thing to just "remember" what format the date is in depending on where and when we are looking at it. There must be a way to control what format you want it in for your activity on screen, export and import.

For import files / export of data, also to review date fields in list view, it's really not clear for the user what date formatting being used in what field.
