Agree! Once updating the team / lead in step, also tickbox to say, "update all action items in step".
If you remove an user from the lead/development team, to be removed from the action items assigned already in step + also when you add a new user, if you could click > reassign everything in step, instead of having to manually update for each idea . . . more

I just came to submit this same idea, it would be very helpful if we could get a rule to allow emails when someone applies. In a lot of use cases, we want HRBP's to get notified of who has applied .

I have came to submit this idea as well, currently you can reassign all action items but cannot reassign individual action items. For example someone may be assigned 50 action items, and only one of them needs to be reassigned to someone else.
