There is a workaround Sheri .. we could create a rule to add a comment to an idea when it enters a step .. we could temporarily create that rule (2 minutes) add the ideas to the step, add them back, they'll all have the comment.

This would be a great addition! I currently do my reporting via list view, which is time consuming and was hoping to start using the submissions export as a quicker alternative 👍

I have 2 additional suggestions:
It would be good to have comments visible in List View - list view is restricted to approved selected moderators who already have access to the comments so there is no privacy issue.
It would also be good if we could add the option to share a comment by email/notification or not. Sometimes we'll add a private com . . . more
